Hi BiggerPockets community.

My name is Zach and I have been following Real Estate investing for roughly the past year - soaking up as much information as I possibly can. I'd like to introduce myself to the community and get involved by connecting with others.

I'm currently in the Cleveland, OH area, on the lookout for deals. Ideally, I would like to pursue large multi-family properties (12-16+ units) if possible. However, there has definitely been some analysis-paralysis going on.

Anyway, I look forward to meeting fellow BP members.

Happy Investing!

@Zachary Donnelly

Welcome to BP.  It took me a year to be comfortable in analyzing properties.  After the first deal I was on my way.  Make a decision on a target market and become an expert.  This will help you from going in to many directions.  Pick a neighborhood or two to focus on.  Make offers.  The worst that can happen is they say yes.  Then the fun really starts.  Remember the contingencies; attorney approval,  inspection, mortgage if applicable.  Keep working at it and you'll do great.

Good Luck.
