Also if you have a bread butter house most likely you will have dishwasher so will help collect the debris coming from the dishwasher.

However, you'll still have issues with seals on toilets, drains, dishwasher, etc.

Another thing I run into is that a lot of avaialble units aren't listed, they are rented word of mouth, so that data is missing.In my area an extra bedroom was worth about $50/month and a garage or dishwasher was worth about $25/month, but I'm sure it varies. 

Before getting the house appraised for the loan it dawned on me that we are essentially in the middle of a BRRRR.
