Some person has filed an affidavit that constitutes sworn testimony as to the fact that they are (were) in possession of the property and claimed exclusive right to the property.  

The post I saw gave a pretty glowing testimonial.

We have a lot of young agents in my office, but even so we have the highest revenue per agent in our metro area, which is a testimony to the training and tech.

I am high on due diligence, but I've discovered especially over the past year how much more I need to do (not at the expense of ultimately taking action of course), specifically with various businesses within the industry - track down third party testimonials, general public reviews, BBB reviews, etc as much as you can. 

We created a video of the new community with testimonials from the tenants and put it on the website. 

Nothing wrong with that and it's a great community - however I'll give you an anecdote/personal testimonial that should support the pay down the mortgage side of things:My first house I bought for 163k in the Raleigh NC area in 2009. 

At one point, after 4 hours of testimony, a commissioner asked someone who testified about her "STD".

@Skip Gilliam Your website is one of the first places where prospects will go to check you out, so yes, you need a decent website.At a minimum it should have an IDX feed with robust search capability, an "About Me", "Contact Me", client testimonials and some blog posts.I use Agent Marketing.
