That being said most carriers wont write a policy for less than 100k.The main reason you want the tenant to have a renters insurance policy is for the fire legal liability limit.

The USPS has a neat tool called “Every Door Direct Mail” but it uses their carrier routes which doesn’t work because the route doesn’t go around the lake (there are 6 routes that touch the lake front properties).
