Hello @Eric Yi,Welcome to the BP, I see that you are located in Fairfax and just as @Jon Deavers stated this site has an abundance of valuable information just try not to overload :-).

Capital is abundant as all hell.

Since then, we've talked about the things he "shoulda, woulda, coulda" done differently and the plethora of mistakes he made with his abundant wealth.

We're an ambitious group here, and good deals go very quickly.That being said, there's still an abundance of amazing deals out there - you just have to know where to look.  

There is an abundant supply here.

It is also out there in abundance looking for your deals if you know where to look.

If the well is dry you are drilling deeper, if the well is not making water like it use to it could just be screen is clogged with minerals like iron or calcium and would need a chemical treatment to open the screen along.  

Commuters to nova and dc are abundant.

Expand into other markets beyond my Twin Cities.Finally,  I would like to say that BP is a great community with people who have a willingness to help and an "abundance" mentality.  

@Annie Li-I personally wouldn't buy anything in Merrillville north of 73rd Avenue and expect any sort of appreciation (in fact prices have gone done north of 73rd due to an abundance of foreclosures and crime).
