I don't understand the need to convince the BP community or anyone else for that matter, that Detroit or SE Michigan is a good place to invest.

I'm looking for a Commercial RE Attorney in SE Michigan to review contracts for small apartments. 

South and SE are the lower priced homes, but also higher risk.

This post doesn’t pertain to real estate investing per-se, but I realize a lot of people here might have experienced similar situations.

Moving to SE CT next summer and I want to purchase my first investment property.

Not sure how it will work out  We have a mgt corp for our portfolio, but paying ourselves mgmt fees just turns passive income into ordinary and brings on SE taxes.   

To me being an agent for all these decades .. its a lifestyle choice .. its not a job per se. mainly the more successful you become as an agent the busier you get.. there are so many perks to being a successful high producing agent FAR in excess of just the commission income. 

SE MI here. 

I’ve seen plenty of wood siding and exteriors and it’s not like super bad think or worse than any other material per se.

I don't mean in SE MI where I am at, I just mean they change fee structure market to market all the time.
