Does Zillow have a new fee structure
I used up my free listing earlier in the year and was fully expecting to pay $9.99/ week for the listing which while I don't love I feel there is value in. I know a lot of us have stopped using them due to the fact it is no longer free but I was surprised to find I had another option where I could pay $19.99 and have a 3 month listing. To me this seemed more than fair and while I doubt I will need it for over 2 weeks and often find a renter in 1 it is nice to have the option. I don't recall seeing anyone post about this but was wondering if it was in other areas as well, for reference my rental is in KY.

@Adam Martin I saw this change a little while ago too. I see two options in my area Bay Area (San Jose) California, $9.99/week or $29.99 3 months.
