I'm not sure what the backyard cleanup will involve but I am guessing a thorough liming of the soil following the physical removal of the dog poop.A problem I have with 'dog/pet people' is that they 'do not get' the problem.

The way I figure it is...with getting so few houses under contract at the price point I'm bidding, there's likely to be things wrong...and it's not that I wont do a deal if there's problems...it will just change the financials of the deal.

JeffI never look at the price that is where most investors go wrong they get a great deal bought it for 100 its worth 150 but it does not cash and coasts them monthly and when thing go wrong they are in real trouble.
