While James is correct in his post, that you must be licensed in Ohio to perform property management for others, there appears to be no regulation in Ohio(*) that prohibits "property management" as a reserved name for business naming conventions.When someone challenges your name, you should ask them why.

In GA the counties don't regulate/check septic systems and they usually go in without inspection/pump access like you say you do.
