You need to have a team in place.

I've found a lot of newer people will be more accepted in the Multi Family world because it's a team sport and if you can bring value to a team who does syndication or a 506(C) or (B) raise you can learn a lot and its quite lucrative. 

This probably means s/he will have a team of administrative support.

( my team )  Then the appraisal will not be deemed credible or usable by whatever entity is requiring it (lender, divorce court, probate, potential homebuyer with an IQ over 60, whatever).

Evans maybe a house hack and 3.5% down loan or team up with a local flipper on first couple deals to learn the ropes.
