We have homes in Northwest Indiana and the south suburbs of Chicago.

The south shore of Massachusetts (Scituate) is a tough area to break in, the pricepoint is high, and the market is hot.  

My wife and I ended up staying there for 2 months backpacking it and touring around the whole South Island of New Zealand.

The area grade could be higher depending on who you ask....its not Detroit, and hell I'm originally from the south side of Chicago so this place is great by my standards!

They have a main meeting in Ambler, PA but they also have subgroups all over the South Eastern PA area (including the Chester County subgroup in West Chester).
