1) Check with your state REA and see if wholesaling is even legal in your state2) If 1) is a yes, then look for rundown houses with people that have no clue what their primary asset is worth.

i have a couple questions about buying, so ive checked a few properties and ive read some books, i have no clue about anything construction and septic wise, so a few of my houses might have structural and septic issues of course they are flips and rental brrrs.can anyone reccomend any books, podcasts bigger pockets or other, or personal experience for seeing things that my eyes wont catch and possible life saving knowledge. thanks so much!
