@Bryson Cain

Congrats on your first post and welcome to the forums!

I'd definitely recommend spending a bit of time educating yourself on wholesaling before deciding this is the real estate strategy you want to dive into. I would:

1. Listen to wholesaling episodes of the BP Real Estate Podcast

2. Read "The Wholesaling Blueprint" by Luke Weber

3. Find a couple of YouTube channels and consistently watch their content (I'm currently looking for some good channels. Thus far, I've liked Tyler Austin. Max Maxwell is very popular, but I haven't watched much of his content yet)

If you are still interested after a bit of education, then DIVE IN! You should have plenty of knowledge to get started. Once you have started, you will learn along the way from your mistakes and hopefully from other investors you meet.
