The main issue with models like those are that they are only good for 12-18 months before they have to get re-done with new data due to the fact that we live in a complex adaptive society and all the participants can make different decisions based on what changes in their environment.

If you do 1 on 1 you have the opportunity to try to "Close" them on the rental.You also get a (kind of) "Feel" for them--friendly, scary, rude, loud, quiet, and small talk to learn about hobbies (ie. running a power buzz saw into all hours of the night vs collecting rare old stamps). with answers like, "When I get off shift at the Power Company at 11pm every night, I like to unwind by ripping huge pieces of wood into lots of smaller pieces for about 3 or 4 hours--is this a 230V 3-phase plug--because that's what my Industrial Table Saw needs?"
