I can tell you that if you're willing to put the effort it takes, with the money they ask for those "special" trainings, into doing it yourself using this site and all the support you can get here, you can get the same results. 

So wanted to hear from some owners or property managers who can share their experience if non suncadia pm properties rent well and hire their numbers look. 

The benefit on DSCR is that it will ignore your personal debt to income ratio for qualification, but you don't get the low down payment options of owner-occupied conventional or FHA.  

As I step into this new venture, I would love to hear all insights and network with other owners in the same industry.

hey @Mark Chetcuti, so a quick search shows that there is some legislation moving around in the EU to increase transparency on STRs plus more restrictions.There are some articles on the Brussels Times site, but a paywall keeps me from reading it.
