Hello all

I have been looking at some areas in Washington state and Str’s around Suncadia caught my eye but it seems there are some restrictions if you don’t use their in-house property management. So wanted to hear from some owners or property managers who can share their experience if non suncadia pm properties rent well and hire their numbers look.
