Belgium - Brussels area - Discussing STR regulations and BRRRR strategy

Hello folks,

I live in Belgium, and am trying to figure out the STR regulations in Brussels/Flanders regions. It's a bit vague and I know it depends on the commune, but willing to get some help on who is currently doing it. Also with the Belgian banks, is there the possibility to do the cash-out refi of the BRRRR strategy? If anyone did it, willing to discuss further, need help :)

Regards

Mark

I have stayed in an STR in Antwerp, but I am not sure if Brussels is the same regulations. You might get quicker answers for there by reviewing some of the best STR options in your area on Airbnb and then finding the hosts or co-hosts offline to ask questions. This community has a lot of knowledge, but international STR might be light here.
