Lived in Little Rock for a number of years.Little Rock is a mixed bag.

Check out consignment shops too if there are any. 

I don't go anywhere near Lake Merritt anymore and used to shop and run there all the time.Are tech people really moving out to Modesto?

Should I expect them to have an entire team that I need like a one stop shop such as taking care of guest changeover, cleanings, contractors, repairs, price management etc. 

My questions is this: How big of a factor are fees to a prospective property owner that's shopping around for property management services?

Its suppose to rejuvenate the downtown area with shops/attractions and amenities ect..
