STR management companies
Hi guys,
Looking into short term rental companies in my investment market. What are some of the things I should expect from them? The properties I am looking at are out of my home state.
Should or can I expect them to market and deal with bookings for my property?
Should I expect them to have an entire team that I need like a one stop shop such as taking care of guest changeover, cleanings, contractors, repairs, price management etc.
Or are these things I should expect to shop around for?
Many thanks,
Sam

My company's goal is for our clients not to do anything at all once they hand the property over to us. We handle everything including marketing the property (on Airbnb, VRBO, etc), closely managing pricing, communicating with guests, scheduling cleanings (with our own cleaning team), restocking supplies (tp, linens, kleenex, etc.), and coordinating landscaping and repairs. In other words, if you find a good STR company you shouldn't be doing anything but collecting the check each month.
