We are looking to to transfer it into the LLC but the lender might not allow it.   

I have not yet purchased my first primary residence but was wondering what the laws were in TX on transferring your primary residence to an llc after closing.

I'd look for properties that have VA loans with folks who have been transferred away from Barksdale AFB , buy them off market, take over the loan and sell it on Lease Option to tenant buyers and get $10,000 down as an option fee and cash flow the property.

We would like to know how to properly transfer the leases from the tenants to us so that we receive the rents from now on.  

I currently have a property under contract, the "owner" that lives there got the home transferred to him via quit-claim deed.

They are super reliable.

I am currently reading Brandon Turner's book The Book on Rental Property Investing and in one of the chapters he says how banks will not usually give loans to entities such as an LLC or if I try to transfer a property from my name to an LLC the bank might call in the loan.

A) Have the tenant get renter's insuranceB) A lot of utility companies will automatically transfer the gas/electric into your name in the event it's shut off by the tenant so there's no service interruption, whether due to non-payment or cancellation, though you need to sign up for this.

From there, I got transferred to a local realtor, who also did a pretty good job. 

However, if you have been transferred and you still have benefits remaining, you may be able to use your remaining benefits to secure a new primary residence.
