Property not in LLC name

I recently bought my first rental property with a business partner. We did a conventional 30yr fixed rate loan. The loan was placed into our personal names and not our LLC. We are looking to to transfer it into the LLC but the lender might not allow it. What are the main differences for having the property in personal names while still managing through the LLC. Does this affect tax filing at all ?
