Did you think you would call a list of people behind on their payments and they all would thank you and turn over their deed on the phone?

With the info we have here I think it might be good to do the refi.

Hello Everyone - I am wondering what everyone knows or thinks about rental market in Reno Nevada - near Truckee River and downtown Reno. 

I think he went there for one night to do a job, then left quickly.

A few other LLC "maintenance issues" to think about are: (i) state filings, (ii) corporate transparency act filings, (iii) organizational documents (e.g., a Series LLC should make sure it has the appropriate articles for each Series) and (iv) taxes. 

I think it would be nice to explain the situation a little bit and just apologize for the inconvenience etc. 

@Michael Bishay you're mistaken if you think buying S8 rentals will make your portfolio easier to manage and more profitable.You're just trading one set of problems for another.But, you probably won't heed this advice:(So, yes, seeing if/how any Class C tenant has trashed their current home, will give you an idea of if/how they will trash yours is a great screening tool.We've been doing this for almnost 2 decades.The COVID mainstreaming of Zoom has made it so much easier!
