However, as long as you know the processes and are a good wholesaler (there aren’t many of them) you can for sure build relationships with a few investors and be more of a “personal” wholesaler by prioritizing those investors first.

It sounds like you're over it, and that selling now would be the best plan for your mental health as well as the least risky path forward.  

I believe that they prioritize cases of this nature above non-payment, so hopefully it won't take as long.
