@Brian Plajer  @Jeff S. was someone who's posts I looked for when I was investigating the idea of being a private lender and his comments that this is a relationship business is spot on and meeting folks face to face at networking meetings, over coffee at a property, phone calls are all part of that process.

If the law firm is lining up title insurance you will probably end up in a good place and I would continue investigating the property.

I have a coach, she helped me a bit with certainty and investigations of property, and giving me some confidence to do a deal.. but the rest is online and up to me.
