Akron Neighborhood Map

Hello all,

New to real estate investing, and have not made any deals yet. I have started looking into Akron Ohio and was wondering if anyone had a map with some neighborhood grades. I am also looking into surrounding areas such as Ellet, Portage Lakes. Any information on these areas would be great!

Hey Matthew,  I don't have a neighborhood map but I am really familiar with the Akron market.  Ellet and Firestone Park are pretty good areas.  Goodyear heights is pretty good for the most part but a little rough on the south end.  East Akron is also a decent area if you're south of Archwood ave.  Parts of NW Akron out toward Fairlawn are really nice also.  If you have any area specific questions feel free to ask
