For example, house hacking might seem like a really obvious answer because you get such broad exposure to the industry, but maybe its not a good fit for someone that prefers very passive options or commercial. 

Area that allow STR is preferred so it can be rented out when not in use.

Some of my tenants use it, and some still prefer checks. 

Every market is different, but I prefer this method in my market. 

Prefer 10% or more

We prefer she pay for the room and we reimburse her after she provides a paid receipt.   

Preferably in the state of Maryland.
