Funding a property in Baltimore
I’m looking to purchase a property in Baltimore in the 55-100k region. The properties I’m looking for are going to be owner occupied to cash flow from the start but I wouldn’t mind fixing a home to eventually rent out. I have a excellent credit score right now, enough for a 20% down payment and steady income. My only problem is that since I’m a 1099 worker I need 2 years of income but I was not working during the pandemic. Does anyone know a lender who may be willing to work with me? Preferably in the state of Maryland.
