The link above has info for landlords wanting to be part of the program.If you are planning on self-managing, do you have a list of people lined up for when you need them?

For example if someone has owned a house for 5 years, but did NOT refinance in 2020/2021, they left thousands of dollars per year on the kitchen table, which most people will not voluntarily do if they have another choice.

I am now confused as I kept seeing different ways people do things.

I would tell people that if you are gonna spend !

I have no first-hand experience, but I just signed a contract to start using them.

I would not play around with creative finance in terms of spending time trying to find it because it will end up not being the best use of your time unless you have marketing money and understand the different scripts and way you can help people with seller finance or sub to.

I did look into classes but I am a hands on person and like the "experience is the best teacher" saying.
