The problem is that my parents don't want to endorsed me.

The lender suggests asking a parent to co-sign. 

My concern is that the family that my parent having issue with will sue or not pay rent  to my parent.

So, it's not our children and grandchildren that will pay for it, but our parents, grandparents, and neighbors living on fixed income.

So can we house hack if my parents are also helping me on the down payment and only I will be living there?
