Getting a loan at 18
I am currently 17 and want to begin investing in real estate when I am 18. I currently do not have a W2 job but am talking with possible private lenders who seem to be on board with funding a deal when the time comes. Does anybody have any idea about how I would be able to get a mortgage on a property? Would I have the private lenders name on the mortgage? Would both of our names be on the mortgage? How would I be able to do this?
