Help me break the ice in real estate

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone who would be open to help me starting out in real estate, I am only 17 years old, so I have no experience, althought, I have been saving my money for now 2 years, so I could be buying a rental by miself. The problem is that my parents don't want to endorsed me. So here I am, asking if anyone honest  would be open to buy a property with me. Besides, I maybe have no real value for you now, but I am studying to be a CPA, so I could be a lot of help in a couple years. Finally, I live in MONTREAL, but If you don't live there, it could also work for me.
