create an amendment to your lease agreement that requests all holes will be patched up at move out date and tenants are solely responsible for tv/mount will be properly installed. request for receipt/payment in the amendment. no biggie. i allow this all the time.

If so you can just replace the deadbolt and have make the lever a non-locking type but that looks like a screen door, don't you have a regular door behind it that locks?

Taxes $69/year, so not too much of a burden.Tips for auctions that I didn't know before -- 1) sit in the back, so you can see who's bidding against you. 2) try to get an understanding of how the payments are applied (I could have done this, but I had no idea what I didn't know, so I didn't know to find out -- ya' know??)

The way we do it: The moment you pay the holding fee (the dollar amount is one month's rent), $500 of it is non-refundable if you back out and fail to enter into a lease, take possession, etc.
