I'm not sure if its just because there isn't any interest in the area or what (will do some digging tonight) but I have a scheduled appointment to see the house on Saturday.

I had to learn every trade, it's the only way to get out of digging a ditch when you're the low guy on the totem pole.

I wanted to see if I should dig deeper to try to find who is responsible for this property now or if there is anything I can do to try to have a shot at this property.  

Since you're in LA County, are you aware of any local firms digging up the info at this point?
