This property seems like a good deal to me but we don't have things like $25k houses around me and something about that makes me nervous so take my opinion with a grain of salt. 

Out of state makes me a little nervous but I'll continue to do research and save money and try to find a way to become more comfortable with the idea.

You filed bankruptcy which probably made this person/company in a nervous wreck until you reafirmed the debt and now your asking how to get out of the mortgage.

We are doing one right now but I would be nervous about scaling up.

There's nothing that I can think about as being more excited and nervous about getting involved in... can you share some insight on the east Texas market as far as if there is property moving by wholesalers or not?

I am so nervous that time but what is so strange is the police do not understand that the car has been used for criminal activity.
