Find your Mentor.  

So I just try to buy from him.So not saying don't go but find a mentor who is already established in your local market.

I'm looking at acquiring buy & hold properties.I'm looking for a mentor and/or a partner.

I hope to find a mentor that can help move me into that direction while utilizing the experience and benefits of the partnerships I have built in Chicago and other States.MY motto is to "Build Dreams Fostering Hope" for I realize that each dream that is accomplished is based in the hope that preceded it!!
