Thanks Bill Jacobsen & John D.Can you offer me some advise and rules for Vacancy rate & RepairsBased on this is a Brand new home and covered with a 1 Year Bumper to Bumper warranty...Currently I own a Condo that was build in 2006, renting for $925 a month to the same tenant since I purchase this 2012 to date I have had zero Vacancy & under $500 in repairs over two years and the bulk of that was for a Brand new Dishwasher.I own another property that I closed on in March of 2014 (Brand New) and had a tenant before I close on the house.
