I don't have any hard numbers or statistics, but I'm under the general impression that a lot of the NINJA loan officers from 2005-2007 are currently hanging out both at used car lots in the F&I office, and on campuses slinging stupid student loans to teenagers (nineteen is nineteen).

Short sale would be a fantastic approach however I am under the impression that most banks require any property approved for short sale to hit the MLS for a period of time prior to accepting any offers.
