This became a top restaurant manager, then went to work on windmills and becoming one of the only qualified people in his industry holding certain certifications, he did this for about 10 years and for the last two years he worked there built a fabrication business on the side and grew that into his main hustle.

Bennett is exploding with new housing developments, shopping, restaurants (mostly fast food right now - but hopefully something else soon) and shops.

Also, lots of businesses submit to inspections, including restaurants, hospitals, etc etc. public safety is important.

We are in Columbus and didn't think it was a tourist destination at all but we live in the best neighborhood and can walk to many bars and restaurants.

They have a sub-group (about 20-25 people) that meets on the last Tuesday of every month in Hendersonville at the Bay Breeze restaurant.  

That place is growing like crazy and the number of restaurants downtown has tripled in the last 5 years.

We don't even miss all of the garbage we were consuming (e.g. jet skis that we didn't use, out to eat at restaurants we barely enjoyed, binge drinking nights out we don't even remember, etc.)If we did the above, we'd be retired and would have been able to do cool things with our three kids from the day they were born.

Hello BP community,I'm looking for some advice from any commercial investors out there that may be able to help me with a creative EXIT strategy for a restaurant business.  

I actually took 2 development classes on the Masters Level, and currently I am in the Certificate program @ NYU for Real Estate Finance.I am looking to develop a small piece of land near the water that would serve as some sort of restaurant/bar.
