Is anyone willing to share some experiences?

I will share information and great ideas that I always come up with.

My first real estate mentor began in the time share business.

I pay $1300 in rent and have to share an apartment with a roommate.

The rich get more than their fair share of tax breaks and the poor get the government concessions. 

But I would hope to build a partnership and eventually have him buy into a equal share position where profits could be split 50/50.Thoughts anyone???
