Currently studying to get my real estate license in Florida.

Hi everyone, I am currently studying to get my real estate license here in the state of Florida. I will be operating in the Orlando area. Still trying to figure out what avenue I want to start out with. My mom told me that timeshare saless here in Orlando can be very profitable. I want to work around high class intelligent people. Can someone please give me some good advice on what avenue to go down. Residential or timeshare? Or even possibly another option that I don't even know about. Thanks!

@Thomas Griffith

I always liked residential.  I have tried timeshares but didn't have success, but it's a specialty niche. So you need to know how to do it, and how to sell it.  It's easy to buy a Cheap Timeshare, but the key is selling it.  But you can make $ in both, but I enjoy residential. Thanks Thomas.
