Then mid aug we get a notice from our management company that the tenants would like to extend their lease 60 days until nov 30th.

I am under 10 loans, so I do enjoy enviable rates.I had to extend contract twice for two straight forward cases in December with a national lender, so am trying a portfolio lender now.
