New member from South Coast Massachusetts area!

Hey everyone! My name is Kam Goldstone and I'm from the South Coast Mass area. Currently, i am a full time state corrections officer, but also a licensed Realtor in Mass. I own a multi family investment property in New Bedford. I am newbie when it comes to real estate investing, but i am eager to learn. My goals are to buy and hold a more multis, and to partake in rehabbing homes. At the moment i am currently interested in learning ways to get creative when it comes to financing. I.E hard money lenders, cash outs etc. Thank you in advance!! hope to speak with you all soon.
