I'd like to do what I love, and be in control of my time and the amount of revenue I make as of reflection of my work ethic.

I went through some ethics training a few years ago and learned a good method for making ethical decisions.

In some cases, buyers have the options to pick the ones they prefer; in other cases just a hit or miss.Last but not least, Roofstock advisors' excellent work ethics can’t compensate for their lack of knowledge of the local markets.

No ethics/morality.  

If you buy from a client there is a whole lot of ethics issues and written disclosures that must be done. 

Education - You will have continuing education requirements such as Pre-license, Post Licenses, Yearly CPE requirements, ethics etc.

@Shelby Hensley You definitely have a great work ethic and a lot of ambition but you sound like you have your hands in a lot of ventures.
