Illinois Governor Extends no Eviction Order Through July 31

This no eviction order is ridiculous.  For the most part tenants are paying.  A few who can pay but won’t.  No relief for the Landlord.  Maybe he can request from his lender interest only payments.  I understand a tenant who might be short rent, but to not pay anything should be criminal.  No ethics/morality.  Most of my tenants have paid.  I feel for the  LL’s who are hurting.
