Like @David Hodge said, there are a lot of less than ethical turnkey outfits around, but don't let that turn you off the niche - some of us really are the good guys! 

I just don't know what is the ethical or proper way to do those deals.

Are there ethical issues with asking several different agents to look for deals within a certain criteria?

Every all day that they start the process and keep having to send same paperwork and do the same process over and over because of the lack of communication and work ethic.

We have an ethical obligation to inform them and we are not interested in the slightest in helping this knucklehead cover up his bad deeds.I'd consider suing for damage to our reputation, but that sort of thing is pretty hard to prove.  

I am a mechanical engineer with master's in electrical engineering by occupation and my day is not complete without the daily use and applications of different engineering and ethics codes.

I'd like to do what I love, and be in control of my time and the amount of revenue I make as of reflection of my work ethic.

I went through some ethics training a few years ago and learned a good method for making ethical decisions.

No ethics/morality.
