I got all that in there so far, however I definitely need to be sure to list proactively communicate with the owner. 

For all I know, wholesaling is a speculative strategy that adds no value to the sale of property; on the other hand, wholesaling may make the real estate market more efficient.  

Just not online.If you find yourself needing to constantly lookup a lot of properties, that may not be the most efficient way to get it though because you won’t want to keep going down to the assessor’s office (I’m guessing).

It has me so much more organized and my follow through efficiency is so much better now.
