I just want to make sure you aren't downloading a commission (Realtor commission) approved contract. 

Maybe this is a specific bank form that you can down load form their website.

I have downloaded a few contracts for wholesaling off this site and some have a section saying the buyer pays the closing costs but I feel as if that my steer them away from buying the property if they find out they have to pay the closing costs.

Check your spam folder and double check that keyword alerts are set to email at whatever duration you set them at, also if you've received too many alerts and haven't clicked on the links in the email the keyword alerts may stop for that keyword, just an FYI.

This was really quite simple, Quicken downloaded everything from my bank accounts and credit cards, and once a month I went through and simply categorized the transactions. 

But, I just downloaded the free version to check it out and I can order upgrades and log into my google account.

@Alyssa McEwan Yeahhh you only get 5 uses unless you upgrade to pro, where is unlimited and you can download the pdf versions.

I’ve passed the agreement to my attorney and she insists on:1- my business partner downloaded a templates and drafted himself (which he did not)2- the “partnership” agreement is incorrect and needs to be completely rewritten as it’s structured as a Limited Partnership AgreementI am at a loss here because the attorney my partner engaged insists that she’s right and my attorney insists that the other attorney is wrong.
