@Yamundow Camara definitely want to open a separate account for your investment and preferable a separate one for each subsequent property. You’re fine keeping your bank local. Look into these various rent deposit software programs and I’ve even heard you can use Venmo to get your rents into your account each month. Good luck! It’s exciting to just be getting started and I’ll be rooting for you to have tons of future success!
