In the past I have bird dogged for my own leads, and have mailed the houses that I noted down and followed up on bird-dogged leads that way.

Yeah carpet smells nice and new for a few months until tenants get that dog and cat they say they don't have and start cooking pork fat every day.

The other option is wholesaling or Bird Dogging...that is where you do not own the real-estate, but sell the information to a investor "bird dog" or selling the contract "wholesaling"

What about mosquitoes and spiders;).They can be a small problem occasionally, especially if there is a food source...dog food, chicken feed, they often hang out around wood piles.  

And I've a beautiful wife and beautiful children and a yard to mow and a dog to play catch with and things that *I* want to do with *my* life and my family.
