Working Hard, but Need Help Working Smarter
My partner and I are working with an REA who's great and has given us access to many MLS properties. However, the banks are still not budging to for 30% discounts. We're getting 20% tops, but investors just don't seem to see that as a good opportunity even on a Buy-and-Flip. I get it; and I KNOW we can get better deals. I just need a little more direction.
I've been to meetings. One meetings focus was on finding off-market deals; most of which seemed situational aside from the traditional dog-bird, mailer, and drive and find approach. Are there any other suggestions that people have found helpful? Thanks for reading.
